1. Assessing at Assessment / Development centres. Preparing and giving written and verbal feedback.
2. Interviewing for recruitment or research.
3. Focus group facilitation for research needs.
4. Training. This can be off the shelf or a client's own training material, or Katrina's own training packages on recruitment processes such as Employment Law, Interview Techniques, objective assessing, sifting, facilitation and feedback giving.
5. Feedback delivery of assessment results and psychometric survey results.
6. Outplacement counselling, including options discussions, interview survival tips and CV review.
7. Psychometric design of ability, aptitute or personality tests.
8. Workshop delivery, for example during training or facilitation sessions. |
