Katrina is an independent Business Psychologist.  She runs her own successful business, offering Business Psychology services in various forms to a range of clients, from individuals, to large organisations.  She also has five years experience consulting with a leading Occupational Psychology consultancy in London. 

Her specialism during that time was Assessment Centre design and delivery, for large scale recruitment rounds for central government clients.  She then moved into the fields of development programmes, developmental coaching, training and feedback delivery. 

As an independent freelancer, Katrina has worked both in London and the Middle East. For 6 months in the UAE, Katrina worked with the Abu Dhabi Police on a Leadership Development programe.  Katrina has also been delivered outplacement counselling and psychometric design, alongside assessing at assessment and development centres.

Katrina is supported by a number of associates, all of whom are qualified and experienced psychologists or coaches.

Katrina is a keen sportswoman; her most memorable moments include a tennis match with Greg Rusedski, and a 6 week cycle from France to Southern Portugal.

• Level A and B (16PF, OPQ-32r) Intermediate Certificates of Competence in Occupational Testing.
